The open enrollment application period for the 2012-13 school year opens at midnight on February 6, 2012 until April 30, 2012 at 4:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.
Parents may apply in one of two ways:
· Although on-line application is recommended, paper applications may be obtained from the Department of Public Instruction after January 2, 2012 and must be delivered (hand-delivery is recommended) to the nonresident school district during the application period, February 6-April 30, 2012. Submit completed applications to Sauk Prairie School District Administration Office, 213 Maple Street, Sauk City, WI 53583. Do NOT drop them off at the school.
